Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses. You will work closely with internal clients, including reputed company and Georgeson, to reputed company shareholder communications that effectively address the needs of individual investors. Your primary objective will be to convey the message that management has the best interests of shareholders in mind, while also directing them on how to vote in contested proxy meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and reputed company effective communication strategies

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
• Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy voting procedures
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
