Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in the organization by performing a reputed company of activities directly reputed company to the company's customer service functions. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years total work experience in high-volume customer service roles
• Prior experience in consumer/mortgage lending, banking, or reputed company industries/positions (strongly preferred)
• Passion for delivering reputed company in customer service reputed company reputed company environment
• Ability to work in a sometimes emotionally demanding role that requires patience and professionalism while interacting with consumers experiencing financial and emotional stress
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency with data entry, reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with document retention software; Blitzdoc (preferred)

Supervision

You will be working under direct to moderate supervision, depending on your experience level. You will be expected to apply sound judgment in the execution of core job responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits
