Job Overview

As an reputed company Customer Service and Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others. You will receive incoming inquiries and service requests reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels, and respond with accurate and timely information. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels

Additional Requirements

Education

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Required Experience

* 1 year of experience in reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (i.e. reputed company, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc)

• 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs

Medical/reputed company Experience

* Preferred

Skills and Knowledge

* Knowledge of processes reputed company one or more of the following functions desired (required for first round of hiring): reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, reputed company Cycle Customer Billing
