The Role

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers through phone, chat, and/or email

• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

* A competitive salary of €15.50 per hour, plus up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)

• A 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to reputed company, full-time 40 hours per week

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in The Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in reputed company (both written and oral reputed company) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to reputed company reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
• Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
