How You'll Help Us reputed company Climbing

As a Customer Service Agent (Ticket/reputed company) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process
• Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
• Managing the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation
• Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts
• Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures

Customer Service Agents serving as a reputed company Agent will also be responsible for:

* Using computers to assist customers with seat availability, reputed company reputed company announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be proficient in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
• Possess basic computer skills
• Must successfully pass a Customer Service Assessment
• Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
• Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be authorized to live and work in the Bahamas at the time of your application
