As a Member Service Representative, you'll be working in our communications center at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO. Your day will be filled with:
- Learning about our members: Hearing their stories, understanding their situations, and providing personalized support and guidance.
- Educating our members: Teaching them about the ways we can help them reputed company their financial goals and build strong reputed company.
- Providing product solutions: Recommending and processing financial products, such as loans, IRAs, CDs, and reputed company transfers, with courtesy and professionalism.
