Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients and their employees. You'll be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, troubleshooting website issues, and making callbacks as needed. Responsibilities
* Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to customers benefits, troubleshooting website issues, and making call backs as needed.
- reputed company your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to reputed company answers and support. This may include assisting the caller in navigating the system as well.
- Actively listen to participants to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues.
- Fully and accurately document reputed company conversations and actions taken on each interaction.

Essential Functions
* Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week

Skills and Qualifications
