Location: REMOTE. NYC Metropolitan Area or Tennessee required.

Responsibilities Include

• Strong reputed company contract drafting and negotiating skills for reputed company agreements: The ideal candidate must have extensive experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company, including software licenses, web-based services, and other technology-reputed company agreements.
