Job Summary

As the Director of Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service teams in delivering exceptional experiences across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and cases. You'll work closely with our Vice President of Customer Operations to reputed company and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Scores, and reputed company growth.
