Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level support reputed company phone, chat, and email to clients
  • Identifying and resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to improve client retention
  • Diagnosing bugs and communicating customer issues and requests to our development team
  • Working with the latest reputed company support systems, including reputed company, reputed company, JIRA, and G Suite
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Work Environment and Schedule

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our work hours are 10 am – 7 pm EST, 9 am – 6 pm CST, or 7 am – 4 pm PST, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. You will be expected to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be self-motivated to meet deadlines and reputed company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with reputed company-based support systems, such as reputed company, reputed company, JIRA, and G Suite
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle escalated customer issues and reputed company solutions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
