The Role

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be the main reputed company of contact for our customers throughout their reputed company with us. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of client reputed company, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience
• Providing pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
• Offering post-booking support according to customers' needs
• Supporting customers during their trip to give a great customer experience
• Representing the voice of the customer and influencing product development roadmap
• Liaising between arenaflex customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
• Working independently while receiving support from a broader team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C

• Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ski experience is an advantage, but not required
