Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, providing accurate and complete information, resolving customer complaints, and documenting customer interactions. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and reputed company your skills in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

• Categorize reputed company calls received in one of the categories provided
• Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• reputed company accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints, reputed company appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Document customer interactions
• Gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs and reputed company customers where applicable
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• At least one-year prior experience in an area of customer service, call center, service delivery, or other reputed company fields
• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad

• Availability to work from 7:30am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday
