Job Description

• 10:30AM - 7:00PM CST
• Note: Shifts are Monday-Friday with weekends as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone, digital, or chat channels through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries.

• Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues reputed company the day-to-day role to management.
• Assist over 100+ customers per day by energetically engaging in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment reputed company phone, online, or chat.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
