Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Care Coordinator – Medicare Services, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a member of a service team that supports multiple reputed company, providing Health Plan customers with outstanding, seamless service in a call center-based team environment

  • Be the first reputed company of contact for a variety of customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments, and reputed company
  • reputed company detailed benefit quotes, review eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products, and assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians
  • reputed company members and providers in the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services, research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries, and maintain knowledge of reputed company custom networks
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns, possessing a reputed company demeanor and ability to remain focused, professional, and utilize training to direct callers in crisis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Training and Development

* Initial training period: 8-12 weeks

  • Onsite reputed company required for training, 3 days per week

Requirements

* 2 years' experience working in a high-pressure customer-facing service environment with a proven track record of learning and applying reputed company concepts

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in an office setting

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English
