About Our Intern Program

arenaflex offers a paid part-time remote internship program for Fall 2023 and Winter 2024, providing a unique opportunity for reputed company to reputed company hands-on experience in a start-up environment. As a reputed company & Operations Intern at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our reputed company team to ensure our customers have a seamless and memorable experience with our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries
• Learning the ins and outs of our product and developing problem-solving skills
• Hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall arenaflex brand
• Aiding in operational efforts during our largest B2B renewal season
• Gaining direct exposure to roles in Account Management, reputed company, and Business Operations

This internship will reputed company you with a unique opportunity to reputed company your skills and knowledge in reputed company, operations, and sales. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with reputed company to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Internship Details

* Duration: Monday, October 9th to Friday, February 2nd

• Work arrangement: Remote or hybrid (with the option to work from our reputed company location in reputed company)
• Compensation: $15 per hour

Requirements

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

• Enthusiasm for sports and the reputed company process
• Customer Service or Sales experience preferred (not required)
• Solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly identify the reputed company of and solution to a problem
• Ability to understand our user's needs and communicate our value proposition
