Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Data Analyst to join our reputed company Analytics and People Operations team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. Key Responsibilities
* Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
- Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
- Collect, analyze, and present data from various sources, including our applicant tracking system, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
- Effectively communicate data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
- Recognize patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking system and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure a seamless integration with reputed company systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement data-driven solutions that drive business reputed company and improve the candidate experience
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- Previous experience working with People or reputed company organizations, or in-depth knowledge of the full cycle reputed company process
- Prior relational database experience, including proficiency in SQL and other query languages
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
