Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding flight schedules, bookings, baggage policies, and general travel assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Assistance:

Qualifications
