Job Summary

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application. You'll troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll also be responsible for installing the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods. Responsibilities

* reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.

• Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems.
• Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods.
• reputed company Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest features and functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

* One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support.

• OR
• Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.

About the Location

The Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent will be based in Denver, CO, with the option to work remotely from reputed company in Colorado. We're looking for a candidate who is a reputed company of the reputed company and is reputed company to work in a remote location from reputed company in the state.

Duration and Schedule

This is an 8+ month contract position, with a training period of 3 weeks from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. After training, the permanent schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
