Job Description
As a Senior Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers reputed company phone and email. You'll be the go-to person for resolving customer support challenges in a time-critical environment, using your problem-solving skills to communicate solutions verbally and/or in writing. You'll also manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, analyzing customer problems and providing timely solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Resolve customer support challenges in a time-critical environment using problem-solving strategies
- Manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Analyze customer problems and communicate solutions verbally and/or in writing timely
- Answer high volumes of incoming requests professionally and quickly, demonstrating appropriate etiquette

Knowledge and Skills
