The Role
As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests reputed company email and telephone. Responsibilities

Experience Required

- Strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills

- Experience with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, live chat
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
