Senior Manager, IT Performance and Governance
Job Description:

- Strong background in IT metrics, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using dashboards and metrics to drive reputed company improvement.
- Superb communication and collaborator management skills.
- Experience working with reputed company-party vendors and leading sophisticated IT reputed company.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are a plus.
