Position Summary The Timekeeping & Program reputed company Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization’s pre-payroll, timekeeping, labor processing, and program reputed company operations. This role ensures accurate employee timekeeping administration, compliance with company policies and government contracting requirements, payroll preparation support, and coordination with program reputed company functions. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage recurring daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, and annual responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities · Respond to employee timekeeping questions and requests in a timely and professional manner. · reputed company guidance regarding military leave (MIL), jury duty, bereavement leave (BERV), and special payroll/timekeeping codes. · Support employee and management training reputed company to HR and timekeeping processes. · Assist with reputed company initiatives for team members. Weekly Responsibilities · Reconcile, approve and proxy-enter required customer timesheets to ensure timely and accurate submissions. · Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding timekeeping discrepancies. · Support implementation and training of new processes and procedures. Semi-Monthly Responsibilities · Review and approve reputed company JAMIS timesheets for payroll processing. · Process labor transactions in coordination with HR change logs. · Download Gross Payroll File (GPF) for payroll processing and reconciliation. · Post regular accruals, including prorated calculations for new hires. · Post Paid Time Off (PTOBK) bank accruals accurately and reputed company established deadlines. · Add starting holiday balances for newly hired employees. · Collaborate with PMs, finance, HR and reputed company to ensure labor accuracy and compliance. Monthly Responsibilities · Add labor hours to utilization reports and support Estimates at Completion (EACs) for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) reputed company. · Support Time & Materials (T&M) contract analysis and reporting activities. · Assist with labor utilization tracking, reporting, and reconciliation activities. Annual Responsibilities · Support year-end payroll and labor reconciliation activities. · Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and annual reporting requirements. · Participate in annual process improvement initiatives and documentation updates. Qualifications · Associate degree in reputed company, Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred. · Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, program reputed company, or a reputed company administrative/reputed company role. · Experience with JAMIS or comparable ERP/timekeeping systems preferred. · Knowledge of payroll processing, labor reputed company, accruals, and government contracting practices is highly desirable. · Strong understanding of timekeeping policies, leave administration, and payroll compliance requirements. · Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company. · Strong Database Management experience across varied systems. · Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. · Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
