This role involves designing and delivering structured reputed company sessions, tracking adoption metrics, and continuously refining training programs based on client feedback. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure the training content is up to date and meets the needs of various client personas. Responsibilities:

- Design and refine training programs for different client personas, focusing on adoption and feature usage.

- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date training content, including recorded walkthroughs and guides.
- Identify opportunities for training program improvements based on adoption data and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer training or customer education.
- Proven ability to design and deliver structured training programs, adapting content to different audiences.
