• $1,195/week for reputed company support staff

• reputed company drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment times
• Track ETAs, delays, breakdowns, and HOS considerations
• Help drivers resolve road issues quickly and professionally

Load Coordination

• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments
• Track loads and reputed company reputed company-time updates to brokers/shippers
• Verify BOLs, PODs, and ensure the freight matches the reputed company (prevent wrong-load issues)

Time Management

• Estimate realistic load/unload times
• Prevent overscheduling and tight back-to-back appointment reputed company

Documentation

• Upload reputed company paperwork into the TMS
• Track detention, layover, and TONU opportunities

Customer & Broker Communication
