- About the Opportunity:
The Safety And Quality Manager role is responsible for leading and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards reputed company the Renewables division. This position supports field operations by promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and contributing to reputed company improvement initiatives. The role is remote and reports to the OMS Renewables Executive.
- Responsibilities:

- Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses.

- Manage adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Travel as necessary to support safety and quality initiatives.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or reputed company field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in safety leadership, quality assurance, and field operational support, favoring wind energy, renewables, or industrial field services.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
- Experience developing training materials, procedural documentation, and safety/quality programs.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for renewable-energy field operations.
- Pay reputed company and Compensation Package:
