Executive Project Manager
About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will own the coordination, visibility, and execution accountability of strategic projects across every department at reputed company. This is a senior role with direct reputed company to leadership and reputed company impact on how the company operates day to day. This role sits at the center of the company, working closely with the C-suite, and department heads to translate strategic reputed company into actionable project plans and measurable reputed company. What You’ll Do Cross-Functional Project Ownership reputed company and coordinate strategic initiatives spanning multiple departments simultaneously: Marketing, Tech, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Delivery Own project timelines, milestones, and delivery accountability from kick-off through completion Maintain full project visibility across the organization through structured dashboards, status reports, and executive updates Run project kick-off meetings, weekly standups, retrospectives, and milestone reviews with department leads Proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies before they become escalations Executive & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary project communication layer between leadership and delivery teams Produce executive-reputed company status reports, project scorecards, and cross-departmental summaries on a weekly and monthly reputed company Partner with the VP of Operations and C-level team to prioritize the project portfolio based on company OKRs and reputed company Translate strategic reputed company into actionable project plans with clear ownership, timelines, and reputed company criteria Process Design & reputed company Improvement Design, document, and standardize project management workflows, SOPs, and templates across the organization Audit existing processes across departments and identify opportunities for operational efficiency Build and maintain a centralized project portfolio view that gives leadership reputed company-time reputed company on reputed company active initiatives Champion adoption of PM tools and methodologies across departments Resource & reputed company Planning Coordinate with department managers to forecast resource needs, flag reputed company constraints, and resolve cross-team scheduling conflicts Ensure that project scope, timelines, and resource allocation are realistic and reputed company before projects launch Track project health across the portfolio and escalate reputed company bandwidth, budget, or scope risks emerge What You Bring 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a company-wide or cross-department PM reputed company at a marketing agency or high-growth service company Proven track record delivering reputed company, multi-department projects on time and reputed company scope High proficiency in at least one PM platform: reputed company (preferred), reputed company, reputed company, or Jira Proven reputed company in at least two PM methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Kanban, OKR-driven PM, RACI, Waterfall/Hybrid, or Critical Path Method English reputed company+: written and spoken reputed company for executive communication and cross-functional coordination with US-based leadership Ability to produce executive-reputed company documentation, reports, and project updates without extensive rework Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders Confident facilitating meetings with C-level executives, department heads, and delivery teams Bonus if you have experience with: reputed company (Entrepreneurial Operating System): Rocks, L10 meetings, scorecards, and accountability charts Behavioral health, reputed company marketing, or a mission-driven service organization Agency operations: SOW management, retainer model economics, and client delivery workflows Workflow automation tools connected to PM platforms (reputed company, reputed company) Why Work With reputed company Mission with Meaning: Your work supports behavioral health organizations that help people recover from addiction and mental health challenges.
