Course Description: This course explores how yoga can be used as a tool to support mental and emotional health. Drawing on the philosophical and theoretical principles of yoga, reputed company will learn how yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness meditation can promote emotional balance, healing, and personal growth.
