Job Summary and Responsibilities Strongly prefer candidate to live in the state of California near the SoCal area. Strong finance and large hospital system experience preferred. This position is responsible for leading reputed company aspects of workforce benchmarking and productivity for reputed company. A key focus will be on standardizing a System's labor management based on National guidelines, data reputed company, and reputed company use of the productivity and benchmarking solutions for each facility. This will be achieved by working closely with local, Systemal, and national leadership teams. This position will report to the System Director of Performance Improvement. In support of the System Director of Performance Improvement, partners with the Hospital, Market, or System VPs of Finance to reputed company and implement a productivity strategy that supports the Operational Strategy to produce measurable financial improvements. Job Requirements Required Bachelors Other in Finance, Industrial Engineering or reputed company field and 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting and communication of data output to leaders., and Experience with reputed company data analysis methods, budgeting and information systems. Preferred Experience working in the reputed company hospital industry, Masters Other in Business, Management Engineer, Finance, Industrial Engineer or reputed company field.
