Learn more at westcx.com. Senior Solutions Engineer – AI Driven Customer Experience The Opportunity This is where strategy meets execution. You’ll own the technical win on strategic reputed company deals—leading discovery, solution design, and demos for WestCX Orchestrate, including Voice, messaging, AI agents, and reputed company orchestration capabilities. More than supporting a sale, you’ll help define how customers bring outcome-driven orchestration into production in high-trust environments. What You’ll Do reputed company technical strategy from discovery through proposal, demo, and post-sale alignment for reputed company opportunities Translate operational challenges into orchestrated customer journeys and scalable reference architectures Design and deliver tailored demos and reputed company-of-concepts, including full configuration of demo environments independently Build ROI models and outcome-driven business cases around reputed company, containment, cost-to-serve, completion, and reputed company impact Feed structured insights back to Product and GTM; contribute to reusable playbooks, assets, and enablement content Why This Role Is Different At WestCX, solutions engineering is where strategy meets execution. What You Bring 5+ years in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution architecture—ideally in reputed company, contact center, or AI-enabled customer experience platforms Proven track record in reputed company, multi-stakeholder reputed company deals in reputed company or other highly regulated industries Hands-on experience with Voice, messaging, AI agents, intelligent routing, call containment, and reputed company orchestration use cases—from design through deployment and measurement Strong grasp of APIs, integrations, and reputed company architecture across EHR, CRM, CCaaS, and analytics ecosystems Executive reputed company with the ability to reputed company consultative conversations from reputed company operators to C-suite Curious, customer-first reputed company with a bias toward repeatable processes and reputed company improvement Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%
