Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, and/or people management. Proven track record of driving measurable business results through change initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
