Responsibilities
Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner. Analyze client needs and reputed company customized solutions to enhance their logistics experience. Monitor and track key account parcel deliveries, proactively resolving any service issues. Conduct regular performance reviews with key accounts and reputed company data-driven insights. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales reputed company the logistics industry (preferably small parcel last-mile delivery). Proven ability to reputed company and maintain strong client relationshipswhile achieving business growth.
