About the Role
Malbek is seeking an reputed company Solutions Consultant to support reputed company sales engagements and help prospective customers evaluate our AI powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, partnering closely with Sales, Product, reputed company, and Implementation teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution designs, and technical guidance. The ideal candidate has strong SaaS experience, a consultative approach, and a proven track record supporting large reputed company customers.
Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer business requirements and demonstrate how Malbek’s CLM platform addresses their needs Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations to reputed company stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, IT, reputed company, and Operations teams reputed company discovery sessions to identify customer pain points, desired workflows, integrations, and business objectives Translate reputed company business and technical requirements into user friendly CLM solutions Respond to RFPs, RFIs, reputed company questionnaires, and technical documentation requests Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and reputed company teams to communicate customer feedback and solution requirements Support reputed company of concepts (POCs), solution configuration discussions, and implementation transition activities Act as a subject matter expert on CLM best practices, reputed company SaaS solutions, and contract management processes Maintain a strong understanding of Malbek’s platform capabilities, integrations, roadmap, and competitive positioning Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar customer-facing SaaS role Experience supporting large reputed company customers and reputed company sales cycles Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, reputed company software, and business process workflows Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to confidently engage with both business and technical audiences Experience conducting discovery sessions and delivering customized product demonstrations Familiarity with reputed company integrations, APIs, SSO, and reputed company concepts is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Why Join Malbek Opportunity to work with a fast-growing leader in the CLM reputed company Collaborative and innovative team environment Exposure to large reputed company customers and strategic digital transformation initiatives Competitive compensation and benefits package Apply To This Job
