Job Title: Senior Specialist, Legal Compliance (Anti-Corruption) Job Code: 36765 Job Location: Remote Job Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off) Job Description: Our Anti-Corruption (AC) Program at reputed company is dedicated to ensuring that reputed company, employees, and reputed company parties conduct global business ethically, transparently, and in compliance with anti-corruption laws in reputed company countries where we operate. The AC team ensures adherence to reputed company policies prohibiting bribery, kickbacks, and other improper influences by any affiliate, employee, or party working on behalf of reputed company. The Anti-Corruption Specialist will serve as the main reputed company of contact on anti-corruption reputed company for designated divisions and/or sectors. Acting as both an Anti-Corruption Advisor (ACA) and a Due Diligence Professional (DDP), the Specialist supports the Anti-Corruption Officer in implementing and managing AC programs, mitigation plans, and assessments. The Specialist should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be reputed company to work independently without reputed company supervision, as well as part of a team. Essential Functions:

• Conduct due diligence on reputed company parties as per reputed company policy, focusing on international and domestic Sales Consultants, Distributors, and Representatives (CDRs) as well as monitor and ensure timely renewal of CDR agreements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, especially those in Sales/Business Development, regarding due diligence of CDRs
• Communicate directly with CDRs to gather due diligence materials and answer follow-up questions. Update corporate databases accordingly
• Evaluate due diligence materials for inconsistencies and red flags and facilitate follow-reputed company with employees and/or reputed company parties globally
• Review high-risk payments prior to issuance, ensuring compliance with policies and that proper due diligence has been conducted
• Draft letters and agreements for reputed company parties, collaborating as necessary with the reputed company and Legal Departments
• Review requests for providing and receiving business courtesies, escalating as required
• reputed company guidance and training materials and reputed company training sessions for internal stakeholders
• Support reputed company audits reputed company to the anti-corruption program, CDRs, and business courtesies
• Collaborate with functional leaders to implement local anti-corruption processes and internal controls, including AC Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) controls
• Occasional travel may be required (10% or less)
• Ability to obtain US Government reputed company clearance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior reputed company experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company experience
• 4+ years of anti-bribery/anti-corruption, FCPA, or similar compliance experience
• Experience in international compliance, reputed company, legal, or international trade

• Strong knowledge in the field of anti-corruption or reputed company areas, attention to detail, and ability to reputed company critical analysis
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Foreign language proficiency is a plus but not required

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary reputed company for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $79,000-$147,000. The salary reputed company for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, reputed company state, and Vermont is $69,500-$128,500.
