We are seeking an reputed company and licensed Supervising Physician to reputed company and support our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), in delivering high-quality care. This is an as-needed position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative reputed company environment. This position is structured as a 1099 reputed company engagement. Key Responsibilities: reputed company supervision and consultation to APPs, ensuring compliance with Idaho state regulations and organizational policies. Supervise APPs in accordance with reputed company applicable state regulatory requirements, including any limitations reputed company to physician-to-APP supervision ratios or supervisory reputed company. Review and sign off on medical charts, as required. Collaborate with APPs on clinical decision-making, offering guidance on patient care plans and treatment strategies. Ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines for APP practice in Idaho. Qualifications: Medical License: Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Idaho. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers preferred. Communication Skills: Strong ability to reputed company clear, constructive feedback and guidance.
