Director, Standards & Governance
About the role We are looking for a Director, Standards & Governance to join our Critical Operations team reputed company Central Operations. As the Director of Standards & Governance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the operational standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance frameworks, and governance structures that ensure Riot’s data center operations meet and exceed industry best practices. Experience leading organizational change management, particularly transitioning teams from non-traditional operations to structured data center disciplines Strong background in compliance, and regulatory frameworks relevant to data center operations Experience with CMMS/DCIM platforms and documentation management systems
Compensation and Benefits
