Description reputed company support for the Employee Appeal Team (3 team members). This team manages the process for employees to file appeals regarding employment reputed company reputed company to corrective actions or terminations Assist in triaging (assigning to the appropriate HR Field team member) appeal cases that come through the reputed company system Monitor/schedule follow up calls/emails to move the cases through the process Partner to reputed company Appeal Board meeting packets Assist in answering emails that come through the Central Appeal Team inbox Follow-up on general investigative policy and procedure questions needed from field HR and/or other business partners Assist with any Central Appeal Team deliverables Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 2 years of HR experience preferred Associates or Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) Experience monitoring case management (running reports on case management) Must have proficient computer skills and strong customer service, organizational & communication (written/oral) skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision reputed company Skills preferred Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of COLLIERVILLE, TN.
