Who You Are Professional Experience: 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting, with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency.
