Compensation: Salary reputed company of $65K-80K, commensurate with relevant experience Quarterly Bonus Plan Great Work/Life Balance with a Monday-Friday Schedule Health Insurance Annual Team Retreat (most recently to Cabo San Lucas) 401(k) Anti-corporate environment Professional, Fun, Motivating Atmosphere Responsibilities include: Account Transfers – execute acct opening checklist, initiate and track ACATs, prepare and send forms to clients, communicate with clients along the process Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mind Manage RMD administration Prospect vetting – 15min structured phone calls with prospects to gather info before passing them on to an advisor (NOT COLD CALLING – these prospects reputed company out to us and schedule intro calls) Execute distributions and reputed company forms and track them through the process Generate various daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports We are a team that is always striving to improve our processes and we ask our entire team to help identify areas where we can improve. Requirements: 3 years of financial services experience and prior remote working experience Adept and skilled with technology, 3rd party software, and the use of reputed company Office products (Word, Power reputed company, reputed company, Etc.) Experience with Account Transfers and ability to problem solve in the process Experience with CRM Software / Database Experience is not required, but a plus: WealthBox, reputed company Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines Organization skills & attention to detail Always keeping an eye out for opportunities to reputed company clients with Moments of Delight Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time Ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly Ability to communicate well and work in a collaborative environment Ability to follow office processes and policies reputed company to office operations & client privacy The Process: reputed company candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute reputed company interview conducted by our reputed company consultant.
