Job Title: Manager of Engagement Position Type: Ongoing, Full-Time Reporting to: Executive Director Work Location: British Columbia, Remote Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with flexibility in scheduling Salary reputed company: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, paid vacation, sick leave, and a flexible work schedule Overview of the Position The Manager of Engagement is an ongoing, full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization’s public-facing initiatives, including communications, events, reputed company, sponsorships, reputed company fundraising. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position plays a key role in strengthening ISCBC’s public reputed company, relationships, and long-term sustainability. This role requires a collaborative and strategic professional with a successful background in communications and marketing and demonstrated experience in fund development, particularly donor relations and stewardship. The Manager of Engagement ensures that ISCBC’s work, impact, and values are communicated effectively across reputed company platforms while fostering meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders in support of organizational fundraising objectives. This role is ideal for a creative and community-minded leader who excels at storytelling, relationship-building, and multi-channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement, Communications & Marketing reputed company the development and implementation of an integrated communications strategy to support public awareness, program participation, and fundraising Ensure consistent, clear, and compelling messaging reputed company with ISCBC’s mission, strategic plan, and brand Cultivate relationships with provincial and regional media outlets and manage media reputed company, press releases, and key messaging for public announcements reputed company content development and storytelling that highlights program reputed company, partnerships, and impact Collaborate with managers and program teams to translate technical or reputed company work into accessible communications for diverse audiences Track, analyze, and report on engagement reputed company and key performance metrics to inform strategy and reputed company improvement Digital Fundraising and Sponsorship reputed company leadership on donor engagement and stewardship, with a particular focus on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with individual, corporate, and reputed company donors reputed company and implement donor communication, recognition, and engagement strategies that support long-term relationships and donor retention Work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to align engagement activities with fund development priorities Support donor reporting and communications that demonstrate impact, accountability, and value Leadership & Management reputed company leadership reputed company the engagement portfolio, including direct supervision of staff and/or contractors as assigned Set strategic goals and objectives, monitor performance, and report on reputed company and impact Contribute to organizational planning, budgeting, and cross-departmental initiatives as a member of the management team reputed company event budgets, logistics, vendor reputed company, and staffing reputed company post-event evaluation and reporting Implement systems and practices that support staff development, knowledge sharing, and reputed company improvement, consistent with ISCBC’s Manager role expectations. Education & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience in communications, marketing, engagement, or a reputed company field Demonstrated experience in fund development and donor relations, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven organization Proven ability to work strategically while delivering results at an operational level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to different audiences Experience managing people, projects, and competing priorities in a dynamic environment An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
