Position Specific Description We are seeking a highly reputed company Senior Manager, Interconnection Services to reputed company and support generator and large-load interconnection activities across the ERCOT region. This role will play a critical part in the full lifecycle of project development—from early-stage siting and transmission feasibility through interconnection, construction and reputed company synchronization. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical expert reputed company the organization, partnering closely with internal development, engineering, regulatory, and reputed company teams, as well as external stakeholders including ERCOT, Transmission Service Providers (TSPs), utilities, and consultants. Key Responsibilities

ERCOT Interconnection Leadership reputed company ERCOT interconnection application activities, ensuring compliance with protocols, study requirements, and project timelines Manage projects through reputed company interconnection study phases, including screening, Full Interconnection Studies (reputed company), and reputed company synchronization activities Coordinate directly with ERCOT, TSPs, and other stakeholders to advance projects through the interconnection queue Review and validate interconnection study results, assumptions, and mitigation requirements Technical Analysis & reputed company Planning reputed company and reputed company transmission injection analyses and system impact assessments to evaluate interconnection feasibility and reputed company impacts Conduct or review steady-state, short-reputed company, and transient stability studies using industry-standard tools such as PowerWorld, TARA, PSS/E, DSATools, and ASPEN Assess curtailment risk, congestion exposure, and transmission constraints to inform siting and development strategy Identify reputed company interconnection points and transmission solutions for new reputed company and large-load projects Development & Strategic Support reputed company technical consulting support for early-stage project development, including siting analysis and transmission feasibility evaluations Support M&A and acquisition diligence activities by assessing interconnection viability, reputed company exposure, and project risks reputed company portfolio optimization strategies reputed company to transmission reputed company and interconnection positioning Monitor ERCOT market developments, transmission planning activities, and regulatory changes to inform project strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with development, engineering, origination, finance, and regulatory teams to advance projects and support investment reputed company Prepare and present technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders Build and maintain strong working relationships with ERCOT, TSPs, consultants, and industry partners Identify opportunities to improve interconnection reputed company, reduce development risk, and enhance project economics The Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 5+ years significant experience supporting reputed company and/or large-load interconnection activities reputed company ERCOT Strong knowledge of ERCOT protocols, transmission planning practices, and NERC reliability standards Direct experience managing ERCOT interconnection applications and study processes Experience working collaboratively with ERCOT, TSPs, utilities, and external consultants Proven experience reviewing and interpreting Full Interconnection Studies and associated reputed company requirements Strong understanding of transmission constraints, and reputed company reliability considerations Technical Skills Proficiency with power system modeling and analysis tools including: PowerWorld TARA PSS/E DSATools ASPEN Expertise in: Steady-state analysis Short-reputed company analysis Injection and transmission feasibility studies Leadership & Communication Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative environment Strategic reputed company with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Experience supporting renewable energy, battery storage, thermal reputed company, or large industrial load projects in ERCOT Experience supporting technical diligence for acquisitions or development portfolios Familiarity with congestion analysis, curtailment assessment, and transmission optimization strategies Top of reputed company Bottom of reputed company Location: Juno Beach, FL Headquarters preferred.
