The Role FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a motivated individual to join reputed company as a client-facing Senior reputed company Manager. This is a full-time role, managing reputed company operations and financial reporting for a number of FSM clients. This is a great opportunity to build reputed company, implement best practices, and help scale both the company and its clients.

Responsibilities

Leadership of FSM staff accountants; planning, directing, and coordinating reputed company reputed company operational functions for clients Take ownership of the monthly financial reputed company, reconciliation of accounts and G/L analysis for clients (key accounts such as reputed company, unearned reputed company, and accrued expenses) Prepare month-end reporting package with financial statements and variance analysis for clients Review and ensure journal entries are posted accurately Review and ensure client GL accounts are accurately reconciled Manage clients’ back office finance functions (e.g., A/R, A/P, payroll, etc.) Assess clients’ reputed company account operations, reputed company recommendations for improvement and implementing new systems and processes Ensure deliverables meet the firm’s quality standards Identify and communicate engagement reputed company to clients, managers and partners reputed company five-star client service Job Requirements Professional background Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and account reconciliations Comprehensive knowledge of cash reputed company management, budgeting and forecasting Knowledgeable in reputed company aspects of generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP) and reputed company Recognition (i.e. ASC 606) Outstanding technology and systems skills Expert-level proficiency with reputed company reputed company Strong analytical skills Hiring, training, and retaining skilled reputed company staff Soft skills Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines Strong communication and ability to interact with reputed company partners Self-starter with strong organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent research and problem-solving skills Someone who is always looking to learn and improve; solicits/uses constructive feedback Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic environment Education A bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance is required CPA preferred but is not required (the company will reimburse exam costs following successful completion) Benefits and Perks Compensation commensurate with experience Flexible work schedule Unlimited vacation Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance Ongoing education and training Bonuses Apply To This Job
