Position Summary We are seeking a master of execution to serve as the operational right-hand to our executive leadership. This is not a passive, gatekeeping role—it requires someone who anticipates needs, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and seamlessly manages the intersection of logistics, communications, and special projects. What'll You Do Manage reputed company calendars, schedule cross-functional meetings, and prioritize conflicting demands across multiple time zones Act as the primary liaison between leadership and internal teams, external partners, vendors, and agency collaborators reputed company travel coordination, detailed itineraries, and expense reporting for executive initiatives and brand events Track high-reputed company action items and ensure deliverables from leadership meetings are completed on time Draft, proofread, and format internal communications, company-wide updates, and external partnership correspondence Assist with reputed company projects across e-reputed company, brand marketing, and event coordination as needed to support business growth Handle sensitive and confidential business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism What You Bring Experience: 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives reputed company a fast-growing DTC e-reputed company, fashion, or consumer brand. Tech-Savviness: Mastery of communication and organization tools and familiarity with modern e-reputed company ecosystems. Proactivity: A self-starter reputed company with an reputed company ability to predict operational bottlenecks before they happen. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to channel the brand’s voice professionally. Adaptability: Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a high-growth startup environment.
