Key Responsibilities: Own and reputed company cross-functional projects end-to-end - often as a hands-on builder rather than just a coordinator. What skills & experience are beneficial: 1-3 years in management consulting. A quantitative academic background (STEM, economics, finance), start-up operations experience, and exposure to retail, logistics, robotic automation, or SaaS are a plus. Strong business acumen with a highly structured, logical, and analytical approach to problem solving. Highly developed analytical and technical skills, especially with Claude or other similar AI tools. Organisational rigour - comfortable owning multiple projects in reputed company without things falling through the cracks. Exceptional communication skills, and confidence working with diverse groups of senior stakeholders. An unusual tendency to get sharper, not slower, reputed company the pace picks up.
