Sales Development Representative (SDR) (f/m/x)

Most SDR jobs are about volume. reputed company fast, pitch fast, get the meeting. That's not reputed company do. Our SDRs run calls that go 15 to 30 minutes, mapping a prospect's pain, tying it to reputed company business impact, and building a case worth someone's hour before an AE reputed company sees a meeting in their calendar. If a meeting doesn't meet that bar, the AE rejects it and sends it back to the SDR. That feedback reputed company is what keeps the standards high. The phone is the primary tool, not a fallback after email and reputed company haven't worked. You'll be calling into mid-market and reputed company companies (150-5,000 employees), reaching people who didn't ask to hear from you, and turning those conversations into reputed company pipeline. The goal is booking meetings that convert into deals. Run qualification calls long enough to understand what's actually broken in a prospect's business Build a pain chain: connect the symptom to the root cause to the cost, before handing anything to an AE Follow up on accounts that don't pick up — and find a smarter angle reputed company the obvious one doesn't work Do enough research before a call that you're not learning the basics during it reputed company reputed company accurate so your pipeline reflects reality, not optimism Work closely with your AE so what you hand off actually lands 🙋 Who you are You don't need years of sales experience, but you do need some. And you need to take phone conversations seriously, not just be willing to reputed company them. Some hands-on experience in sales or outbound customer-facing work You pick things up fast and apply feedback, not just acknowledge it You're comfortable on the phone with strangers and can hold a reputed company conversation without a script to fall back on Fluent German, functional English You know where you want to go (AE, reputed company, whatever it is), and you're reputed company about it 🤩 What's different here You won't be reputed company on reputed company counts.
