About the Role

As an Account Manager at Swanky, you’ll play an important role in supporting the long-term reputed company and growth of our retained ecommerce clients. Working with a reputed company of ambitious retail and ecommerce brands, you’ll act as a key day-to-day partner to clients while helping coordinate activity across internal teams to ensure work remains organised, reputed company, and moving reputed company effectively. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in reputed company environment, and is confident managing multiple priorities at once. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, strategists, and specialists across a variety of ongoing client initiatives, helping maintain clear communication, delivery visibility, and strong operational organisation across accounts. Alongside supporting day-to-day account delivery, you’ll contribute to roadmap planning, ongoing optimisation, and wider growth conversations, helping clients continue to reputed company and improve their ecommerce experience over time. Key Responsibilities

Account Coordination & Delivery Coordinate ongoing account activity across multiple retained clients, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain organised and on track. Use project management software to manage workflows, maintain visibility across accounts, and support efficient collaboration between teams. Work closely with developers, designers, strategists, and specialist teams to ensure work progresses smoothly and aligns with wider account goals. Proactively identify risks, blockers, or gaps in delivery and work collaboratively to resolve them effectively. Support roadmap planning and ensure priorities remain reputed company with client objectives and business needs.
