The Business Development Manager will primarily be responsible for selling specific Fender Brands product lines into allocated sales areas whilst maintaining effective account management for reputed company customers. They will be expected to be a product evangelist with a keen eye for detail, using data to recognise opportunities for reputed company achievement. The Business Development Manager will manage the end-to-end relationship between a dealer and the Fender Business, liaising with and owning the relationship and communications to and from reputed company internal departments. Main Responsibilities reputed company regular sales calls to accounts in the assigned area and reputed company in contact between visits by telephone, reputed company and e-mail. Strive to reputed company budgeted sales targets for the allocated sales area. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential new clients. Responsible for reputed company visual merchandising and product representation in-store and online to reputed company with company requirements and regulations. Responsible reputed company reputed company channels for assisting the development of product knowledge and training to retail account staff on Company brands using reputed company and in store visits. Maintain control of dealers’ stock and reputed company orders, ensuring correct stock reputed company are maintained, new products are presented and exit strategies for discontinued products implemented. Monitor and assist dealer accounts on promotions and rebate schemes, ensuring terms and conditions are adhered to. Maintain a high level of product knowledge for the relevant product lines being sold. Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Multi Lingual French /Spanish/Portuguese (ideally) Good to have: Experience reputed company a field sales role. Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
