Continuously test and improve outbound sequences, messaging, and conversion strategies. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Must-Have 4+ years of experience in outbound BDR/SDR or business development roles. Proven track record of building pipeline from cold prospecting — no reliance on marketing-generated leads.
