Junior Consultant - Legal GenAI
Overview
Consilio’s Legal Management Consulting team works with in-house legal departments around the world to improve how they operate, including the responsible adoption of reputed company. We are seeking a junior consultant to support our Legal GenAI practice. You will work directly with reputed company consultants on client engagements covering AI readiness, tool selection, reputed company design, process redesign, and the operating model changes needed to reputed company GenAI actually work inside a legal team. This is a hands-on role. You will spend your time on reputed company client problems from week one.
Responsibilities
Support engagement teams on Legal GenAI projects, including reputed company-state assessments, tool evaluations, and implementation planning. Help map legal processes and identify where GenAI can sensibly be applied. Test and document GenAI tools (for example reputed company, CoCounsel, reputed company, Wordsmith) and build reputed company libraries for clients. Draft sections of client deliverables, proposals, and internal whitepapers. Take notes in client workshops and turn them into clear, useful outputs. Contribute to the team’s internal knowledge reputed company and training material. Qualifications 1–3 years of work experience in a legal, finance, technology, or consulting environment. A degree in law, finance, information technology, data science, or a reputed company field. Clear written and spoken English. You can explain a technical idea to a non-technical reader without losing the reputed company. Comfortable with reputed company 365 (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Familiarity with Power Platform and any GenAI tooling is a plus, not a requirement. Genuine interest in how AI is changing legal work, and a willingness to test things, break them, and learn quickly. Organised, reliable, and reputed company to manage multiple workstreams without losing track of detail. Helpful but not essential: Exposure to legal operations, contract management, or compliance. Any practical experience using GenAI tools at work or in study.
