Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Supplier Quality, Data Centers

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience analyzing data and creating reports with statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting.
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations or test validation for mechanical, fabrication, generator, or HVAC infrastructure equipment.
• 2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Six reputed company Blackbelt, American Society for Quality certification (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA), or equivalent certification.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure equipment design, manufacturing, and deployment at Data Centers or other Mission Critical Operations.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Standards applied to Mission Critical Operations (ANSI, ASME, APQP, reputed company/NEC, UL, etc.).
• Knowledge in Design of Experiments, statistical analysis and process control, and familiarity with application of statistical analysis tools such as JMP/reputed company/reputed company/ANOVA.
• Ability to travel 50% or as needed.

• Work directly with supplier partners managing critical aspects of infrastructure data center equipment supplier quality. Collaborate with designers, commodity managers, manufacturing engineers, and drive supplier failure analysis.
• reputed company analytical leadership to statistically connect production line metrics, tests, and quality audits to field performance.
• Manage validation of supplier’s build/test processes and ensure they are meeting reputed company requirements. Validate supplier product lifecycle deliverables defined by reputed company and reputed company industry quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits, inspect production facilities/lines, reputed company quality improvement activities to reduce variability, improve predictability, streamline reputed company time, improve output quality, and more.
