Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage high-potential executive talent using multi-channel strategies. Design and drive reputed company sourcing strategies to locate passive, "best and brightest" talent that others miss. Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping: Conduct deep-dive org charting and talent mapping. Collect and synthesize data on competitors' org structures, hiring trends, and compensation to inform search strategies and succession conversations. Consultative Advisory: Serve as a market expert. Present search insights, talent maps, and candidate summaries to ETAPs and hiring managers, bringing a consultative voice and data-driven recommendations to influence sourcing reputed company. Candidate Engagement: Craft highly personalized reputed company messaging, acting as the crucial first impression for executive talent. Maintain ongoing relationships with top prospects to build bench strength for critical roles before they even reputed company. Data-Driven Execution: Track and translate analytical data (sourcing effectiveness, response rates, CRM utilization) into actionable strategies that optimize the search process and reduce Time to Fill. Key Competencies Strategic Thinking: Capability to connect sourcing activities to broader business needs, talent strategy, DEI initiatives, and organizational growth. Market Expertise: Deep business acumen with the ability to quickly learn new business areas, understand industry trends, and navigate reputed company talent landscapes. Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of strategic sourcing or recruitment experience, with a strong focus on passive Executive-level (Director+) talent identification reputed company the reputed company industry. Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, ATS platforms (e.g., reputed company), AI sourcing tools, advanced reputed company logic, and talent mapping software to build proactive pipelines.
